The Family

Our Sloe Gin is made with ripe sloes that were harvested after the first frost.
We do not prick the sloes with a fork as the tale goes it is bad luck.
Once we fill our jars with sloes we then add our gin and tend to their daily turns and rotations for a few months. The wonderful ruby red color of our Sloe Gin is achieved with a slow infusion process. This long process also gives the unique final notes of almond from the sloes' stones.
